We ship Qure across all 7 Emirates. Free on every order.

PROCESSING TIME

- Orders placed before 2pm UAE time are processed the same business day
- Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends are processed the next business day
- You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships

DELIVERY TIME

Most UAE orders are delivered within 24 to 72 hours of dispatch.

Delivery times depend on your location:
- Dubai: Usually 24-48 hours
- Abu Dhabi: Usually 24-72 hours
- Sharjah & Northern Emirates: Usually 24-72 hours

SHIPPING COST

Free shipping on all UAE orders. No minimum order required.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can track your order's status in real-time from dispatch to delivery.

If you don't receive a tracking email within 1 business day of placing your order, please contact us at info@qurehydration.com.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If you're not available:
- You'll receive an SMS with rescheduling options
- You may be asked to pick up from a nearby collection point
- If undeliverable after 3 attempts, the order returns to us

WRONG ADDRESS

If you provided an incorrect delivery address:
- Contact us within 1 hour of placing the order so we can update it
- Once your order ships, we cannot change the address
- Returned shipments due to wrong address require a new shipping fee for re-delivery

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship within the UAE only. KSA and wider GCC delivery is planned for 2026.

DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all:
1. Email info@qurehydration.com within 48 hours of expected delivery
2. Include your order number and any photos of damage
3. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund
