OUR PROMISE
You have 14 days from the date you receive your Qure order to request a refund. No questions asked. Whether you've tried the product or not.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

1. Email us at info@qurehydration.com within 14 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and the reason for the return (helps us improve)
3. We'll respond within 1 business day with a return shipping address
4. Ship the product back to us using your preferred courier
5. Once we receive the return, your refund is processed within 5-10 business days

WHAT QUALIFIES FOR A REFUND

✓ Any unopened Qure pack (within 14 days of delivery)
✓ Any opened Qure pack you don't enjoy (within 14 days of delivery)
✓ Damaged or defective products (any time)
✓ Wrong product received (any time)
✓ Non-delivered orders

REFUND TIMELINE

Once we receive your returned product:
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds are issued back to your original payment method
- You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is sent

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

- If you're returning for change-of-mind reasons (you didn't like it, ordered the wrong flavor, etc.) — return shipping is at your cost.
- If your product arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong order — Qure covers all return shipping costs.

WHAT WE DON'T REFUND

- Returns requested after 14 days from delivery date
- Products returned without contacting us first via email
- Products with significant damage caused by the customer
- Free items (e.g., the Qure bottle from the Discovery Pack — we ask you keep it)

SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS

If you have an active Qure subscription:
- You can cancel anytime through your account dashboard
- Refunds for already-shipped subscription orders follow the same 14-day policy above
- Cancellation prevents future shipments but doesn't auto-refund past orders

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
1. Email info@qurehydration.com within 48 hours of delivery
2. Include photos of the damage and your order number
3. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — your choice
